I have recently had the opportunity to work with a Bristol property developer http://mentorship.ukpropertyinvesting.com/, I have been brought on board to see whether I would be able to add value to a property which has been gutted, and is being redeveloped for sale.
This is a new avenue for me as I normally work on higher end properties producing quality design and workmanship.
The property developing model is different , my fees have to be covered as well as putting money in the developers pocket.
I shall update this story once the property sells.
